Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive (Solar)

Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata

Department: Solar

Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly Off: Alternate Saturdays & All Sundays


Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers / Tele Sales Executives to join our Solar Division. The selected candidates will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining the benefits of rooftop solar systems, generating qualified leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesCall prospective and existing customers using company-provided leads.
  • Explain the benefits of rooftop solar systems and available government subsidy schemes.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments/site visits.
  • Maintain daily call logs and follow-up records.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for customer follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Handle customer queries professionally.
  • EligibilityMinimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Prior experience in telecalling or telesales will be an added advantage.
  • Required SkillsGood communication skills in Bengali and Hindi.
  • English communication will be an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Good convincing and customer handling skills.
  • Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
