Job Description

This is a full-time field job in your city of residence with 6 working days per week. We are looking for energetic freshers to join our sales team and grow into a full-fledged ERP Sales Executive closing their own deals (with our core backend team handling the closing for you initially).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. You will need to visit local companies across your city's industrial areas, industrial estates, and business hubs to generate leads by introducing our brand, initiating conversations with prospective customers, explaining our services, also map the territory, collect verified business contact information and provide them our product collaterals/brochures to build local awareness.
  2. Conduct regular field visits to identify and engage potential clients within the assigned territory.
  3. Plan and organize daily field activities, target areas, and outreach schedules to maximize lead generation opportunities.
  4. Promote company services effectively and create awareness among prospective customers.
  5. Maintain accurate records of field visits, customer interactions, and generated leads.
  6. Submit daily activity reports and lead data through Google Sheets, MS Excel, or designated reporting systems.
  7. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to field visits, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  8. Build and maintain professional relationships with potential customers and business owners.
  9. Gather market feedback, competitor information, and customer insights to support business development initiatives.

Required Skills: 

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with prospective customers. 
  2. Ability to pitch services effectively and generate leads through direct field interactions. 
  3. Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset. 
  4. Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and smartphone-based applications and comfortable with using a laptop or a computer. 
  5. Fluency in Hindi and/or the local language for effective customer communication. 
  6. Ability to work independently and manage field activities efficiently. 
  7. Strong planning, reporting, and organizational skills. 
  8. Comfortable working outdoors in a field-sales environment. 

 

Eligibility Criteria: 

  1. Candidates with a strong interest in outdoor field sales and direct lead generation are highly preferred. 
  2. Freshers, recent graduates, and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. 
  3. Must own a personal two-wheeler (bike or scooter) with a valid driving license. 
  4. Must possess a laptop and a smartphone with an active internet connection. 
  5. Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and data entry for reporting is required. 
  6. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory for lead generation and business development activities.

Stage 1: Training & Mapping Period (Months 1-3)


  • Fixed Base Salary: ₹20,000 / month
  • Fixed Fuel Allowance: ₹5,000 / month
  • Total Fixed In-Hand: ₹25,000 / month


Stage 2: Post 3-Month Performance Review


After 3 months, your package upgrades to include performance bonuses. Your exact incentive

bracket will depend on your ability to bring in genuine, high-quality business leads consistently

(with our core backend team handling the closing for you initially):


  • Fixed Base Salary: ₹20,000 / month
  • Fixed Fuel Allowance: ₹5,000 / month
  • Performance Incentive: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 / month
  • Total Potential In-Hand: ₹35,000 to ₹40,000 / month

 

After a tentatively period, your package upgrades to include performance bonuses. Your exact incentive bracket will depend on your ability to bring in genuine, high-quality business leads consistently.
