Hiring: Customer Support Executive (Freshers) | Bengaluru


We're looking for fresh graduates to join our Customer Support team in Bengaluru.


Eligibility:


  • Freshers only
  • Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, or BA
  • Fluent Hindi communication is mandatory


Salary & Benefits:


  • Up to ₹20,000/month (In-hand) + Attractive Incentives and other benefits


Role:


  • Handle inbound customer calls
  • Resolve customer queries with excellent service
  • Identify relevant upselling/lead opportunities
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction records
