Accounts Payable Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Executive with around 2 to 4 years of experience to manage end-to-end AP operations. The role requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams while ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting & Finance.
• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, NERP, etc.).
• Candidates should be able to process within TAT with accuracy
• Excellent Communication skills
• Candidates should be comfortable in NIGHT shift & 24x7

Key Responsibilities

Invoice Processing

• Process vendor invoices accurately and within defined timelines.
• Perform 2-way/3-way matching (PO, Invoice, GRN) to validate transactions.
• Follow the client guideline & instructions. Generate AP ageing reports and assist in month-end closing activities.

Vendor Management

• Act as a key point of contact for vendor queries related to payments and invoices.
• Ensure vendor master records are accurate and up to date.

Payments Handling

• Prepare and execute payments (Schedule & ad-hoc payment) as per due dates and company policies.
• Track payable ageing and prioritize payments accordingly as per the payment proposal.
• Perform vendor statement reconciliations and resolve outstanding items.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance checks.

Compliance & Controls

• Adhere to internal financial controls and accounting policies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (Tax, GST, TDS, etc., if applicable).
• Support internal and external audits by providing required information.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Demonstrate strong email & chat etiquette and verbal communication skills.
• Provide timely updates on invoice/payment status and resolve queries efficiently.
• Handle escalations professionally with a solution-oriented approach.

Shift - 4 PM to 1 AM

CTC - 33000

Band 4- min 1.5 yr to 3yr experience

Candidate should have good communication skills

Cab will be provided for drop only(one way CAB)
