Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Store Sales Executive to lead day-to-day operations at The Phone Zone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer interaction, sales negotiation, product display, and team coordination while ensuring a smooth and engaging customer experience both in-store and online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers with product demos and comparisons (mobiles, smartwatches, accessories, etc.)

• Explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly; negotiate deals effectively

• Evaluate used phones for exchange/sale with accurate pricing

• Handle post-sale customer support and service issues

• Maintain and update customer records and transaction logs

• Supervise and guide the Digital Marketing Executive and Sales Support Executive

• Review and respond to social media queries (Instagram, Meta, OLX, etc.)

• Track and ensure timely posting of offers, deals, and new arrivals online

• Ensure store targets and service standards are met consistently

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of mobile phones, electronics, and market pricing

• Basic familiarity with social media platforms and digital promotions

• Leadership and team management skills

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred)

• Computer proficiency (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools)
