Job Description

  • Make outbound collection calls to customers
  • Negotiate payment timelines and ensure PTP conversion
  • Maintain regular follow-ups
  • Update CRM dashboards with call outcomes and payment status
  • Communicate with customers in a firm yet empathetic manner

Office Timings

  • 8 am - 7pm
  • Mon - Sat


We want top 1–2% performers only.


• 1–3 yrs tele-collections (Slice, Navi, KreditBee, MoneyView or similar)

• Hindi + English + Any Regional Language

• 90–300 DPD experience

• Soft calling only — no hard collections

• Immediate joiners preferred
