Job Description
Job Responsibilities:-
- Handle customer queries via Phone, Email, WhatsApp, and Chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely support.
- Track customer orders and provide delivery updates.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Production teams.
- Maintain customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Requirements:-
- Graduate in any discipline.
- minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Support/Customer Service.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and CRM/ERP is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
