About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing client interactions, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes. The candidate will play a key role in coordinating between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and tenders.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, principals, and internal departments for pricing, product availability, and timely order execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer data, and forecasts in CRM/ERP systems.
  • Support customer communication by handling inquiries, follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Track sales targets, monitor progress, and share regular updates with management.
  • Organize and prepare materials for industry exhibitions, trade shows, and events.
  • Conduct basic market research and competitor tracking to support sales strategy.
  • Ensure smooth internal workflow by aligning sales, logistics, and accounts teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Diploma / Graduate in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related fields. MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in sales coordination, inside sales, or support roles within electronics, industrial automation, or electrical products.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with electronic components such as sensors, relays, connectors, and automation solutions.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and support technical sales documentation.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines.

  • Accuracy and timeliness of quotations, proposals, and documentation.
  • Effective coordination between sales, suppliers, and internal teams.
