Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell gift hampers to corporate clients, retail businesses, event organizers, and individual customers. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting client meetings, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should be confident, self-motivated, and passionate about sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers, including corporate offices, retail stores, event planners, and institutions.

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling.

• Promote and present gift hamper products and customized gifting solutions to clients.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gifting options.

• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

• Collect customer feedback and provide market insights to management.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain sales records, customer databases, and activity reports.

• Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and festive sales campaigns.
