Job Title: Senior Cook / Continental & Chinese Chef

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Cook/Chef to join our café team in Solan.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality starters, continental, Chinese, fast food, and café-style dishes.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Manage food preparation, storage, and inventory efficiently.
• Minimize food wastage and maintain kitchen discipline.
• Work efficiently during peak hours and coordinate with service staff.
• Contribute new menu ideas and seasonal specials.

Required Skills:

• Experience in Continental cuisine
• Experience in Chinese cuisine
• Expertise in fast food and café snacks
• Ability to prepare starters, burgers, sandwiches, pasta, pizza, noodles, fried rice, momos, spring rolls, fries, and other café items.
• Basic knowledge of North Indian dishes will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Experience: 2–5 years preferred

Salary: ₹18,000–₹25000/month (Negotiable based on skills and experience) + Food + Accommodation (if applicable) + Performance Incentives.

Location: Khaliyaan by the Sisters, Solan, Himachal Pradesh.

Immediate joining preferred.
