Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer data and update the CRM system regularly.
  • Coordinate with the sales team on lead status and customer follow-ups.
  • Handle booking documentation and payment tracking.
  • Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and registration teams for document processing.
  • Assist customers throughout the booking-to-registration process.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide timely updates.
  • Ensure all CRM processes are completed on time and as per company policie
