Job Description

  • Location - Vashi , Mumbai ( Regional office )
  • Working Hours - 10AM to 7PM
  • Salary - 18000 to 20000 + Incentives ( PF , ESIC , Gratuity , Internet Allowance , Phone Allownace provided )



  • Key Responsibilities

 

  • Make outbound calls to customers to promote products/services and generate leads.
  • Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Follow up with potential customers and maintain lead status.
  • Schedule appointments for the service team.
  • Maintain daily call reports and update CRM records.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
  • Maintain professional communication and service quality standards.

 

  • Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
  • Prior experience as a Telecaller or Customer Support Executive is an advantage.
  • Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
  • Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
