Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to provide customer assistance and software implementation support. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, installing software at customer locations, and ensuring smooth system operation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide customer support through phone, remote access, and onsite visits.
2. Install, configure, and update software at customer locations.
3. Train customers on software usage and basic troubleshooting.
4. Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when required.
5. Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution.
6. Ensure timely completion of installation and support tasks.
