Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator to take charge of our online presence. You’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and executing engaging content across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook. This is a full-time on-site role at our Noida office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage daily/weekly content calendars for all social media platforms
  • Create engaging reels, posts, stories, and YouTube Shorts
  • Write captions, hooks, and CTAs aligned with course marketing goals
  • Stay on top of trending content formats and apply them creatively
  • Collaborate with trainers to capture classroom/lab content snippets
  • Track social analytics and suggest growth ideas
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and maintain brand voice


Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital content creation
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook tools
  • Hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut, InShot,VSDC or similar tools
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Passion for technology, education, or online learning is a plus
  • Comfortable working full-time from our Noida office
