Backend Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Backend Executive to support loan and insurance operations. The candidate will be responsible for processing customer applications, verifying documents, coordinating with sales teams, maintaining records, and ensuring timely completion of loan and insurance cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Process loan and insurance applications accurately and efficiently.
• Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with field sales executives, customers, and banking/insurance partners.
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM/software systems.
• Follow up on pending documents and application status.
• Prepare reports related to loan disbursement, policy issuance, and renewals.
• Ensure timely submission of applications and documentation.
• Resolve customer queries related to application status and documentation requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.
• Support audit and compliance requirements

Required Skills

• Knowledge of loan and insurance processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
• Strong data entry and documentation skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of CRM software.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, LAP or Insurance products.
• Customer service and coordination skills.
• Report preparation and MIS management.
• Login to disbursement process handling.
