About the Company
Growthera Group of Companies provides business growth solutions, including:
• Funding Assistance (Government Schemes, Loans, Grants, Startup Funding & VC Funding)
• Digital Services (Digital Marketing, Website Development & Mobile Apps)
• Compliance Services (GST & ITR Filing)
Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads through calls and follow-ups.
• Understand client requirements and explain company services.
• Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain client relationships and provide timely support.
• Update sales records and CRM regularly.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
Eligibility
• Graduate or Undergraduate can apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Sales experience is preferred but freshers are also welcome.
• Performance Incentive: Up to 25% of target achievement.
• First Month Incentive: 2X incentive on target achievement (as per company policy).
• Second Month Incentive: Up to 4X incentive on target achievement.
• Weekly Incentive: ₹2,500 on achieving ₹50,000+ business and 3 clients.
• Cash Incentive: Additional 5%–10% incentive on the last 3 days’ business (as per company policy).
• Annual Rewards: Gifts and recognition for top performers.
