- Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales leads.
- Recommend products and services based on customer assessment and needs.
- Conduct roofing inspections and provide accurate estimates.
- Present roofing options and close sales with residential or commercial clients.
- Maintain client relationships and follow up on post-sale service.
- Monitor competition by gathering information from the market.
- Provide and gather historical records on customer sales.
- Resolve customer complaints and answer questions in a professional manner.
