Qualification: 12th Pass / D.Pharma / B.Pharma with relevant sales experience

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Surgical Equipment Sales Team. The role is primarily focused on Inside Sales (In-Door Sales), where the candidate will coordinate with hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, distributors, and healthcare professionals through telephone calls, emails, and other communication channels to generate sales and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

·      Promote and sell surgical equipment and medical devices through telephonic communication.

·      Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.

·      Generate enquiries, quotations, and follow up for order closures.

·      Maintain strong relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, doctors, and distributors.

·      Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

·      Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management.

·      Coordinate with the logistics and operations team for order processing and timely delivery.

·      Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, and sales activities.

·      Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

·      Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support when required.

·      Update customer databases and CRM records regularly.

·      Excellent communication and convincing skills.

·      Good knowledge of surgical products and medical devices.

·      Strong customer relationship management abilities.

·      Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.

·      Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility Criteria

·      Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or medical device/surgical equipment sales.

·      Candidates from Surgical Equipment, Medical Devices, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Hospital Sales backgrounds will be preferred.

·      D.Pharma/B.Pharma candidates with relevant sales experience will have an added advantage.
