Store Manager

Looking for Store Incharge in the manufacturing industry manages the end-to-end flow of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and finished goods. They oversee inventory control, process material inward/outward requests, conduct stock audits using ERP systems, and ensure plant safety and compliance.

Core Responsibilities

• Inventory & Stock Management: Maintain optimal stock levels of Raw Materials (RM), Packing Materials (PM), and Finished Goods (FG) to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Material Receipt & Inspection: Verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders (PO) and delivery challans, ensuring quality checks are approved by QA before taking items into stock.
• Material Issuance: Issue items to production and other departments based on authorized indents or requisition slips.
• Record Keeping: Update inventory databases (such as SAP, Oracle, or custom ERP) for all inward and outward transactions. [1, 2]
• Audits & Reconciliation: Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile them against system records to prevent pilferage or discrepancies.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce 5S, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and facility safety protocols in the storage and handling of materials
