Job Description

CRM Executive / Telecalling & Client Coordination Executive

Company: Dhanlaxmi Trends Pvt. Ltd.

Industry: Men’s Shirt Manufacturing

Location: Pologround, Indore

Main Work Profile:

  • Customer calling and regular follow-up
  • Payment follow-up with customers
  • Share invoices and confirm receipt
  • Maintain customer communication and follow-up records
  • Update call details and status in CRM/Excel
  • Track pending and overdue payments
  • Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for customer-related updates
  • Escalate delayed or unresolved matters when required
  • Prepare daily and weekly follow-up reports
  • Support basic customer service and coordination activities
  • Candidate RequirementGood communication and follow-up skills
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM/data entry
  • Comfortable with regular customer calling
  • Organised and responsible with follow-up records
  • Experience in telecalling, CRM, collections, back office or customer coordination preferred
