Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise interior construction activities at the site to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Conduct site surveys and assist in setting out work as per project requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to site workers and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with the Project Head and Project Designer to understand project details and execution plans.
• Monitor material requirements and manage site materials after approval from the Site Designer and Head of Department.
• Liaise with quantity surveyors for ordering and pricing of materials.
• Specify and supervise installation of materials and furnishings such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.
• Ensure health and safety standards are strictly followed by all workers at the site.
• Prepare daily site reports, checklists, and other required documentation.
• Provide daily progress updates and follow-ups for timely project completion.
• Update internal systems for smooth execution and workflow management.
• Submit regular reports and checklists to the Project Manager.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to technical drawings and project standards at all times.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Interior Site Supervision.
• Strong understanding of interior execution, materials, and site management.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
