Architect

1.Design: Assist in developing and refining architectural design concepts in line with project requirements.Support the design team in preparing layouts, presentations, and design options.

2. Technical: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and documentation with accuracy. Ensure drawings are aligned with design intent and are technically feasible for execution.

3. Client Engagement: Support in client meetings and presentations by preparing drawings, presentations,and reports. Incorporate client feedback into design revisions under guidance.

4. Project Delivery: Assist in planning and tracking project schedules. Ensure timely completion of assigneddesign and documentation tasks.

5. Quality & Compliance: Ensure drawings and designs adhere to relevant building codes, standards, andproject requirements. Maintain quality and consistency in documentation.

6. Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams toensure smooth workflow. Assist in resolving coordination issues and design conflicts.

7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior architects and team members to deliver project milestones.Share knowledge and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

8. Project Support: Support project execution through site visits, documentation updates, and coordinationwith site teams. Identify issues and escalate them for timely resolution.

9. Other Responsibilities: Follow BIM/CAD standards for accuracy and consistency in drawings. Contributeto improving workflows and maintaining organized project documentation

Building codes, local by-laws, NBC, fire & accessibility standards

Architectural systems, materials, and construction methods

BIM/CAD tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD)

Experience in design development, working drawings, and basic coordination with consultants and site teams is essential. Exposure to site execution will be an added advantage.
