Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating detailed event plans, timelines, and checklists.
• Coordinate with creative, production, and client servicing teams for smooth execution.
• Prepare run-down schedules and ensure timely task completion.
•
Coordinate with vendors (venue, décor, AV, catering, logistics, etc.) to ensure timely deliverables.
•
Negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality.
•
Track budgets, expense sheets, and vendor payments.
•
Tender Evaluation, Tender documentation, Tender Preparation, Tender submittion
