Job Description
Are you a great communicator who loves talking to people and closing deals? GreenIndia Wealth is looking for an energetic Telesales Executive to join our fast-growing wealth management team. If you have a hunger for earning high incentives and a basic understanding of financial products, this is the perfect role for you!
What You Will Do:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain our financial solutions (Mutual Funds, Life & Health Insurance, and Stock Market advisory).
- Follow up with warm leads and guide them through the onboarding process.
- Answer client questions clearly and professionally.
- Maintain a daily record of calls and track conversions to meet monthly targets.
What We Are Looking For:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Tamil and manageable English.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in Telesales, BPO, or Telecalling (Experience in banking, insurance, or stock broking is a huge bonus).
- Skills: Confident voice, good listening skills, and the ability to handle rejections positively.
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Any Graduate.
