Insurance Manager

 ROLE SUMMARY

The Manager — Insurance & Wealth Operations owns the insurance advisory and operations function and supports broader wealth operations. The role ensures clients' protection needs are met and that insurance and operational processes run smoothly.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Manage insurance advisory across term, health, and other protection products

•    Assess client insurance needs and recommend appropriate cover

•    Own insurance operations — policy tracking, renewals, claims support, and records

•    Support wider wealth operations and coordinate with advisors

•    Maintain accurate insurance data and conduct periodic audits

•    Ensure clients remain adequately protected as their needs evolve

•    Strong knowledge of insurance products and advisory

•    Operational discipline and attention to detail

•    Coordination and follow-through

•    High integrity

 QUALIFICATIONS

•    Graduate / postgraduate in commerce, finance, or related field

•    IRDAI / NISM certification (as applicable) but not mandatory

•    2-4 years in insurance or wealth operations

 SUCCESS MEASURES (FIRST 12 MONTHS)

•    Client protection adequacy across the base

•    Insurance operations accuracy and timeliness

•    Renewal and claims support quality

•    Clean insurance audit outcomes
