Site Civil Engineer

We are looking for a responsible and active Site Manager / Site Supervisor to manage daily construction site work in Jaipur. The candidate should be able to handle labour, understand basic site drawings/maps, coordinate with contractors, and make sure the work is completed properly and on time.

The person should be honest, punctual, practical, and comfortable working on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise labour, contractors, masons, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other workers.
• Understand basic site maps, drawings, measurements, and work requirements.
• Check the quality of work being done on-site.
• Make sure labour is working properly and efficiently.
• Maintain daily site updates and report progress to management.
• Coordinate material requirements and inform the office before stock runs out.
• Track daily labour attendance and work completed.
• Help avoid wastage of material at the site.
• Ensure work is completed as per instructions and timeline.
• Communicate clearly with owners, managers, vendors, and workers.
• Handle basic site problems and report major issues immediately.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of construction site work.
• Ability to read or understand basic site drawings/maps.
• Good communication and labour management skills.
• Should be responsible and available on-site regularly.
• Must be able to manage workers firmly but respectfully.
• Basic knowledge of measurements, materials, and construction process.
• Prior experience in government commercial construction will be preferred.
