CRM Manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the complete End to End CRM process from booking to registration and handover.
• Coordinate with customers regarding documentation, payments, loan processing, agreement execution, and registration.
• Verify and maintain all customer records and property-related documents.
• Follow up with customers for pending payments, documents, and registration formalities.
• Coordinate with banks, legal teams, finance, and government registration offices for timely completion of transactions.
• Prepare and maintain sale agreements, allotment letters, receipts, and registration files.
• Update and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable real estate regulations.
• Support the sales team by providing customer status updates and documentation.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a smooth post-sales
