• Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads.
• Explain WBB Office services, including Virtual Office, Coworking Space, GST Registration, and Company Registration.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-up calls.
• Maintain customer information and update CRM regularly.
• Follow up with existing and interested customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent communication.
• EligibilityPlus Two / Diploma / Any Degree.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• Hindi speaking is an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
• Required SkillsStrong communication and convincing skills.
• Good telephone etiquette.
