Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHR PartnershipPartner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Provide inputs  on organization structure, workforce planning, and talent management.
  • Support change management and organizational development initiatives.
  • OnboardingEnsure seamless onboarding and integration of new employees.
  • Performance ManagementDrive performance review cycles and goal-setting processes.
  • Coach managers on performance discussions, development planning, and employee feedback.
  • Support succession planning and talent reviews.
  • Employee Relations & EngagementAct as a trusted advisor to employees and managers.
  • Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Learning & DevelopmentIdentify capability gaps and training needs across teams.
  • Coordinate learning and development programs.
  • Support leadership and managerial development initiatives.
  • HR Operations Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support payroll, benefits administration, and HR audits as required.
  • HR reporting and AnalyticsMonitor key HR metrics including attrition, hiring, engagement, and productivity.
  • Generate insights and recommendations for business leaders.
  • Required QualificationsMBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5–7 years of HR Generalist or HRBP experience, preferably in technology, engineering, medical devices, healthcare technology, or product organizations.
  • Strong understanding of talent management, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
  • Experience partnering with engineering and product teams is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
