Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing paid advertising campaigns, improving organic search rankings, and generating quality leads. Agency experience is preferred, as the role involves handling multiple client projects and delivering measurable results.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube).
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
Implement On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO strategies.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Track website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to execute marketing campaigns.
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads.
Strong knowledge of SEO (On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO).
Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
Familiarity with keyword research tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Eligibility
Minimum 1 year of relevant digital marketing experience.
Agency experience preferred.
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Google Ads and Meta certifications are an added advantage.
