Job Description
Job Title: Civil Site Engineer (Residential Projects)
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Bengaluru
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Supervise day-to-day site execution of residential construction works.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and maintain daily site reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Check material quality, quantities, and site inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.
- Conduct site measurements and verify work for billing.
- Identify and resolve on-site execution issues promptly.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project managers.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned activities within project schedules.
Requirements :
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in residential construction projects.
- Kannada is Mandatory and Must own a Bike.
- Basic knowledge on construction drawing and practices.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites.
