A Client Servicing / Acquisition Executive has the following core responsibilities.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, digital platforms, and market research.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and pitch customized solutions to address prospective clients' business needs.
  • Deal Closure: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from generating leads to negotiating commercial terms and closing deals.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update all client interactions, activities, and metrics in CRM software.
  • Onboarding: Coordinate with internal operation and support teams to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to active client.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and acquisition targets
