Job description:

Min 4 years in AUTOCAD hands-on experience in preparing HVAC drawings and coordinating with design and execution teams for smooth project implementation.

Job responsibilities:-

  • Prepare HVAC layout drawings, shop drawings, and coordination drawings using
  • AutoCAD or equivalent drafting software.
  • Develop detailed ducting, chilled water piping, refrigerant piping, and ventilation
  • drawings as per project requirements.
  • Coordinate with design engineers, project engineers, consultants, architects, and
  • clients for drawing approvals and revisions.
  • Prepare BOQ support drawings and as-built drawings upon project completion.
  • Ensure drawings are updated regularly based on site conditions and design modifications.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including:
  • o VRF Systems
  • o Ducting Layouts
  • o Refrigerant & Chilled Water Piping
  • o AHU & Ventilation Systems
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting software.
