Job Description

Designation- Service Engineer
Location- Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai
Qualification : ITI/ Diploma/ B.E - Electronics or Electrical
Roles & Responsibilites
- Install, maintain, and repair electronic systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues in electronic devices.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency.
- Keep accurate records of service visits, issues addressed, and solutions provided.
- Stay updated on the latest technological advancements in electronic systems.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and address concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling services or products.
- Provide training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of electronic equipment.
The candidate will be working for the Bangalore and Chennai locations as well, apart from Mumbai, whenever required.
