Inventory & Operations Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an Inventory & Operations Executive to manage inventory, stock movement, order processing, and daily operational activities. The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with Excel and warehouse operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update inventory records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and audits.
• Monitor stock inward, outward, and transfers.
• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams.
• Process and track customer orders.
• Prepare inventory and operational reports in Excel.
• Ensure accurate stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate with vendors and courier partners when required.
• Assist in daily operational and administrative tasks.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on the warehouse floor as well as desk-based tasks.
• 1–2 years of experience in inventory, operations, or logistics .
• Preferred SkillsKnowledge of inventory management and stock control.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with Excel formulas, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
