Job SummaryBellway Realtech is looking for a creative and skilled Real Estate Videographer to capture high-quality videos and photographs of farmhouses, villas, plots, project sites, events, and corporate activities. The candidate should be proficient in video shooting, editing, drone operations, and creating engaging content for social media and marketing campaigns.

• Key ResponsibilitiesShoot professional videos and photographs of real estate projects, farmhouses, villas, and site locations.
• Create promotional videos, property walkthroughs, client testimonials, and event coverage.
• Operate cameras, gimbals, drones, and other video equipment.
• Edit videos for social media, YouTube, Meta Ads, and marketing campaigns.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, captions, and background music to enhance video quality.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop creative content ideas.
• Maintain and manage video equipment and media files.
• Travel to project locations for shoots as required.
• Required Skills & Qualifications1–3 years of experience in videography and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and related software.
• Experience in drone videography is preferred.
• Strong understanding of camera settings, lighting, and audio recording.
• Knowledge of social media content trends and short-form video creation.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Preferred QualificationsExperience in Real Estate videography.
• Drone Pilot Certification (preferred).
• Portfolio showcasing previous video projects.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of videos delivered on time.
