ABOUT THE ROLE
ScaleMyMarketing is a performance-first digital marketing agency helping ambitious brands punch well above their weight. We're looking for a sharp, data-obsessed Performance Marketer who lives and breathes Paid Search and Paid Social — someone who gets genuinely excited when ROAS climbs and CTR beats benchmarks.
You'll own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across Google Ads and Meta/LinkedIn for a diverse portfolio of clients. This isn't a junior role — you'll be expected to make independent decisions, own results, and contribute to agency thinking.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Strategy & Execution — Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Budget Management — Own monthly ad budgets of ₹20L+ across multiple client accounts, ensuring every rupee is working hard.
- Testing & Experimentation — Build and test audience segments, ad creatives, and landing page hypotheses using A/B and multivariate frameworks.
- Reporting — Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights, not just numbers — translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Creative Briefing — Collaborate with the creative team to brief compelling ad assets that convert, not just impress.
- Platform Expertise — Stay ahead of platform updates (Google Performance Max, Meta Advantage+, LinkedIn APIs) and proactively implement best practices.
- Business Development — Contribute to new business pitches with paid media strategies and channel plans.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns — agency experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Solid understanding of conversion tracking, pixel setup, UTM structures, and attribution models.
- Comfortable with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and building performance dashboards in Looker Studio or similar.
- Strong grasp of funnel thinking — awareness to conversion — and how paid channels contribute at each stage.
- Excellent written communication; you can explain a campaign strategy to a CMO and a junior in the same breath.
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus, not a checkbox.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience running campaigns for D2C, SaaS, or e-commerce clients.
- Familiarity with programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk).
- Basic SQL or data-blending skills for custom reporting.
- Experience with marketing automation or CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
