Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Meta Ads Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, improving online sales, reducing advertising costs, and maximizing Return on Ad Spend through effective campaign planning and continuous performance optimization.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Plan campaigns for lead generation, website traffic, conversions, engagement, and online sales.
- Conduct audience research and create custom, lookalike, retargeting, and interest-based audiences.
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, events, and conversion tracking.
- Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, placements, and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion rate.
- Control campaign budgets and improve performance while reducing acquisition costs.
- Develop retargeting strategies for website visitors, cart abandoners, and previous customers.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers for ad creatives.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Stay updated with Meta advertising policies, algorithm changes, and digital marketing trends.
- Required Skills
- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
- Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising.
- Experience with campaign optimization, audience targeting, and budget management.
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Analytics, and UTM tracking.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make performance-based decisions.
- Understanding of sales funnels, landing pages, and e-commerce marketing.
- Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other creative tools will be an advantage.
- EligibilityBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of practical Meta Ads experience.
- Candidates with proven lead-generation or e-commerce campaign results will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge and relevant certifications may also apply.
