Job Summary:-

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Moulding Operator to operate moulding machines, ensure smooth production processes, and maintain quality standards. The candidate will be responsible for machine operation, material handling, production monitoring, and achieving daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Operate moulding machines as per production requirements.
• Set up machines and monitor operating parameters.
• Perform mould changing, machine adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
• Ensure production output meets quality and quantity targets.
• Inspect products for defects and maintain quality standards.
• Follow safety guidelines and workplace procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and 5S practices in the production area.
• Record production data and report issues to supervisors.
• Handle raw materials and finished components properly.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:ITI / Diploma / 10th or 12th pass candidates preferred.
• Basic knowledge of moulding processes and machine operations.
• Ability to work in a production environment.
• Good observation skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in shifts.
