Job Summary:
We are hiring *Female Candidates* for US Health Insurance Process. Role involves outbound calling to US customers to explain health insurance plans and assist with enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to US customers regarding health insurance
Explain policy benefits, coverage, and enrollment process
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Update customer details in CRM/software
Maintain call quality and follow process compliance
Skills and Qualifications:
Gender: Female candidates only
Language: Fluent English with good communication skills
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate. Freshers & experienced both can apply
Skills: Good listening, convincing, and customer handling skills
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: ₹16,000 - ₹25,000 per month
incentives: ₹5,000 - ₹60,000 per month based on performance
Work Environment:
Shift Timing: 8:30 PM to 5:00 AM - US Night Shift
Week-off: Saturday & Sunday fixed off
