We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Marketing Executive to drive sales and business development for our financial services portfolio. The role involves generating leads, acquiring new customers, building long-term relationships, and promoting financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, fixed-income products, and other investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers through field marketing, referrals, networking, digital channels, and corporate tie-ups.
• Promote and sell the company's financial products and services based on customer needs.
• Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and portfolio reviews.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and financial awareness sessions.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial services sales, banking, insurance, investment products, or wealth management.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills:

• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Customer relationship management and networking abilities.
• Basic understanding of financial products and investment concepts.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
