Sales
- Identify and develop new B2B clients across industries using pneumatic systems (manufacturing, automation, packaging, automotive, etc.)
- Manage the full sales cycle — lead generation, technical discussions, quotations, negotiation, and closing
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, OEMs, procurement teams, and plant engineers
- Coordinate with technical/product teams to prepare accurate proposals and specifications for clients
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain accurate CRM/sales reporting
Marketing & Market Research
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor pricing, and positioning within the pneumatic products segment
- Analyze customer needs and feedback to support product positioning and messaging
- Assist in preparing sales collateral, product presentations, and case studies
- Track competitor activity and provide input on pricing and go-to-market strategy
- Support digital marketing efforts (website content, LinkedIn, email campaigns) where relevant
