Job Description

Program : NAPS - Graduate

Location : Plot No. 5, Jigani Main Rd, Bommasandra Industrial Area, Bommasandra, Karnataka 560099

Role : Trainee - Production

Education : Diploma / ITI - Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics

Shift : Rotational

Weekoff : Rotational


Interview : inperson (Face 2 Face)


Key Responsibilities Assembly Operations:

  • Assist in assembling components/products on the production line as per SOPs and quality standards Line Support
  • Load materials, operate basic tools/equipment, and maintain workflow on assigned stations Quality Check
  • Perform visual inspections, identify defects, and report issues to line supervisor Safety & 5S
  • Follow all safety protocols, PPE guidelines, and maintain cleanliness/organization at workstation Documentation
  • Record production data, hourly output, and downtime as required Continuous Learning
  • Participate in on-the-job training, shadow senior operators, and learn process improvements
