Associate Store Manager

As an Associate Store Manager at Furnishka, you will play a key role in supporting store operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead and develop the team, maintain operational excellence, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the store.

During a comprehensive training period covering business operations, retail management fundamentals, and customer engagement strategies, you will gain hands-on experience across various aspects of store management.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Support & LeadershipAssist in recruiting, onboarding, and training Sales Associates.

• Support the Store Manager in coaching and developing team members.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
• Sales & Customer ExperienceSupport the achievement of store sales targets and KPIs.
• Guide customers in selecting products that best suit their needs and preferences.
• Merchandising & Inventory ManagementMaintain attractive and organized product displays throughout the store.
• Support inventory management activities, including stock replenishment and stock counts.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and campaign guidelines are implemented effectively.
• Monitor product availability and coordinate with relevant teams to minimize stock gaps.
• Support store opening and closing activities when required.
• Act as a key point of contact during duty hours in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Monitor key retail metrics such as conversion, average order value (AOV), and customer footfall.
• Support the preparation of sales reports and operational reviews.
