Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to lead our multi-platform lead generation efforts. This role requires someone who can build strong professional connections with CEOs, founders, and decision-makers through LinkedIn and other channels while managing and scaling lead generation across Google, social media, and AI-driven tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, connect, and engage with potential clients (CEOs, founders, business owners) on LinkedIn and other professional networks.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, Google Ads, social media platforms, and AI based lead generation tools. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Effectively present MVM Digital’s services to decision-makers and generate interest.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to strategise and optimise lead generation campaigns.
• Manage CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Assist in building and managing a lead generation team as the department grows.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-driven lead generation tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.).
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
• Leadership qualities with the potential to build and lead a small team.
