Job Description
· Job Title: Admin and HR Executive
· Exp: 3 to 5 years
· Salary: 2,50,000 to 3,50,000 - Depending and Experience and skillset
· Working: 6 days a week Timing: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm Education: Degree / MBA or PG SPECIAL NOTES Only FEMALE candidates preferred
· The candidate should be staying near (within 5KM Radius) to SBM Colony, Banashankari 1st stg. (Seetha Circle) preferably.
· Age: 28 to 35 Years (Married and family settled)
· Candidate should be good looking and very professional.
· Manage HR functions and managing day-to-day administrative activities.
· Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and vouchers.
· Manage office administration and daily operational activities.
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software.
· Manage calendars, appointments, and daily schedules.
· Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
· Screen and manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
