Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to provide both personal and administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong digital capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities:


Administrative & Personal Support

  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and personal errands as required.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and documentation.
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative and personal tasks.

Website Design & Development

  • Design, update, and maintain company websites.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or developers when required.
  • Ensure websites remain current, functional, and visually appealing.

LinkedIn & Social Media Management

  • Create, schedule, and manage LinkedIn posts.
  • Monitor engagement and maintain a professional online presence.
  • Assist in developing content ideas and social media strategies.

Research & Information Gathering

  • Conduct detailed internet research on various topics.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations based on research findings.
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor information when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in website design and development.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn content management and social media handling.
  • Strong internet research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
