Job Description
Business Development Manager – Field Sales (Solar)
Location: Gorakhpur & Khalilabad, Uttar Pradesh
At Solanova, we are on a mission to make clean and affordable solar energy accessible to everyone. We’re looking for a Field Sales BDM who can drive solar rooftop sales, build local partnerships, and help us grow in Lucknow & Barabanki.
What you will do:
- Generate and convert leads for solar rooftop projects
- Meet customers, do site visits, and close deals
- Build strong local market presence and partner network
- Achieve sales targets and grow with us
What we are looking for:
- 2-5 years in field/B2C/B2B sales (solar/energy/electrical preferred)
- Great communication skills in Hindi & English
- Self driven, target focused, comfortable with fieldwork
- Local market knowledge is a big plus
- Two wheeler & smartphone required
