About the RoleQute Windows is looking for a smart, responsible, and well-organized Front Office Receptionist cum Admin to manage the front desk and support daily administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and basic computer knowledge.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
  • Answer and transfer incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain the reception area in a neat and organized condition.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, letters, and parcels.
  • Maintain visitor records and attendance registers.
  • Prepare and maintain office documents, files, and records.
  • Coordinate with different departments for administrative support.
  • Manage office stationery and pantry stock.
  • Schedule meetings and maintain appointment calendars.
  • Assist in data entry, report preparation, and document filing.
  • Support HR with basic administrative tasks when required.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.


Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or Admin Executive.
  • Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
  • Good communication skills in Tamil and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and Email.
  • Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
