Job Description
Prism BPO Private Limited is seeking an experienced and proactive System Administrator to manage, maintain, and support the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of hands-on experience in a BPO environment, ensuring smooth functioning of servers, networks, desktops, telephony systems, and user support operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, desktops, and network infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime of IT systems.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and peripherals.
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and group policies.
- Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues within defined SLAs.
- Maintain data backups, disaster recovery processes, and security protocols.
- Coordinate with dialer, CRM, and telephony vendors for issue resolution.
- Ensure antivirus, firewall, and endpoint security compliance.
- Monitor system logs and perform regular preventive maintenance activities.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including system access management.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and information security standards.
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Windows Server Administration.
- Experience in Network Administration, Routing, Switching, and Firewall Management.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and VPN.
- Hands-on experience in Desktop Support and Troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with BPO infrastructure, Dialers, CRM Applications, and Voice Processes.
- Knowledge of Backup Solutions and Security Best Practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
